Jason has always been so kind and caring with every funeral I’ve ever attended here. Not only for direct family members, but with also members of our church. The funeral home is always well kept, plenty of tissues, and just an overall appropriate atmosphere for a funeral home. I’ve never had a bad experience. I appreciate all the care that has gone into every funeral.
Jason Abner is always so polite and professional. He made the process so easy and seamless. He is our go to funeral director for family passings.
The funeral home representative came in with a not so welcomeing attitude. He came off like he was in hurry and was there to shove another boddy in the ground and leave. Wasn't to coropitve with the other direct family members about tring say there finally good byes. I waited year to update this so I would be too emotional when I orginal left this review. This is know as last option for low income families of Richmond . Just hope for all other family who have deal with this place they improved there handling of funerals.
