I was blown away by the over-the-top, friendly service I received from DJ at Martin's Flowers on Center! DJ was not only very friendly but willing to do whatever necessary to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. The communication was quick and helpful--he even sent me pictures of options so I could make my choices, as well as a photo of the finished arrangement, and instructions on how to keep the arrangement looking its best so it would last longer. He went above and beyond when I said it wasn't necessary, and he even called me to let me know the floral arrangement had been delivered. He told me his goal was not just to make everyone satisfied, but to make everyone happy! DJ, you have done that--you're amazing! I am so glad I found Martin's Flowers on Center! Keep up the good work!
When I order my flowers and have it delivered to my friend to congratulate her on her engagement, she received nothing like the photo. I left a note on the arrangement on what time she should be at work, stated she leaves by 2pm and they have it set to deliver at 4pm ud83dude44 when I called he wouldn’t even listen to me, sounded like he likes to hear him talk instead.
The customer service was exceptional. DJ helped me find what I wanted while being out of town. He customized the order and communicated with me through the whole process. He delivered the arrangement and even followed up after to ensure everyone was satisfied. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time! You will continue to have my business Martin’s!
I called for flowers for my moms birthday. I described what I was looking for and asked if they could send me a picture before delivery. My mom was so excited she said they were the most beautiful and biggest arrangement she has ever gotten and that they smelled wonderful!!! So happy I went with Martins will definitely use them again. I sent her the picture Martins sent me and she said the picture did not do them justice.
Very beautiful arrangements very well done and customer service is second to none. Will definitely return and often. Cant thank you enough fornyour dedication and communication.
