Terrible service! Ordered sympathy flowers. They did not send an invoice or picture to confirm delivery. When I called several times and texted to follow up, Cassandra took 3 days to call back. She provided incorrect address and family name of the supposedly confirmed delivery. She also redirected me to funeral home to check if the flowers were delivered?!?! Isn’t that the flower shop responsibility??? Very disappointed in the customer service and I will not return.

Very friendly service but not considerate of keeping the commitment of delivery of ordered flowers. Prices are excellent but that's not the problem. Ordered FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE PICTURE WITH WINGS DIDN'T ARRIVE TO FUNERAL HOME UNTIL TWO HOURS LATER. I TRULY BELIEVE WE SHOULD SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS BUT THAT'S VERY DIFFICULT WHEN PROFESSIONALISM IS NOT THE THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I FIRST ORDERED THE FLOWERS TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.
