I was totally satisfied with their service and product. I especially appreciate the second trip made by the driver because the person wasn't home the first time.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered something 3 days ago to be delivered today. It was never delivered. I gave this location a call, and they said there was a hold on it. I said I should've been notified and the person I spoke with said I should have received an email, I never did. Goes to show how much they care for their customer. Sales associate didn't even apologize. Never ordering from here again.

This place doesn't deserve a star. Cynthia and her driver delivery person Doug were very rude and told lies because they didn't wanna give me a full refund for an out of town order. After not showing up to deliver the $108.52 arrangement for my cousins funeral, September 22nd, 2020. Cynthia whom Doug said was the manager lied to corporate and tried to only refund me 54.52. Plus was rude to me after Doug told me because I didn't pay a delivery fee it couldn't be delivered a second time. Doug, also said I cursed him and was yelling at him and that he has tracker proof and text proof that he spoke to me, but Cynthia would not send the proof to my email. Poor service, first time using company, last time using company! Still waiting on that proof to show Doug spoke to me Friday and Saturday!
