Will never use them again very disappointed in the quality of product and in the customer service will never use this location again
Very disappointed with the Get Well arrangement sent to family member. Would never go to them again. Other stores do a nicer job. Have sent many and this one looked like a child playing.
Very disappointed today. Wife Ord ered a $150 “With Deepest Sympathy” arrangement for friends who lost their mother, and was assured they had the white ceramic container as displayed on website, with pretty doves and tons of fruit.nnI picked up the package without wife being with me and took to friends only to discover the package picked up was not what Edible Arrangements displayed online. Called to complain only to be told “They Reserve the Right to Substitute” what you buy, without asking you about the change. Gave us a blue pail container not at all appropriate for a funeral. Not friendly or apologetic when wife called.nnNever buying here again; this was the second bad experience here.
Placed a $70 order for a birthday gift only for it not to be delivered and the order says delivered. Big huge scam. Unfortunately I didn’t find out until it was too late and the business was closed. There was a number given in the event there were any difficulties. Thanks for nothing. Unhappy customer
I received the Birthday Cheesecake & Fruit Tray as a birthday gift. It looked like an amateur threw it together (I would be embarrassed sending this to ANYONE). The driver rang the doorbell, didn't wait for anyone to answer the door, sat the tray on my porch in 90 degree weather and took off! The fruit looked terrible (tiny yellow and green strawberries). How they can deliver such subpar products is beyond me. TERRIBLE.
