The staff is very helpful and good with my cats as well as my dog. When it was time for my eldest cat to cross the Rainbow Bridge, they helped ease his pain and mine with kind and comforting words and gestures. With the Covid pandemic going on, they have developed a system keeping both the client and staff safe for appointments. Overall, they are a good facility with a very good staff.
Very caring towards our sick puppy and offering the best care possible. Although it is curbside right now, the vet still calls me while I am in the car to make sure I know what they found and recommendations during the visit. ud83dude01
Been going to Silver Creek Animal Hospital for years. Wouldn't take my pets to anyone else. Love how they care for the animals.
I arrived with a rescued K9 at 4:40 p.m. and was told they were closed for the day. He was extremely malnourished and in need of care. They checked with the vet and he was able to be worked into their busy schedule the next day. I can't than them enough for their professionalism, immediate action and compassionate care he received. I
