Jason is very kind man. Help me through tough times. ..
I ordered a monument for my Mother who passed away in May, and its' been 3 months since the monument hasn't finalized This guy Jason Schubert who works here promised delivery 6 to 8 weeks since we ordered. We sent him the picture of my Mother to be engraved in the picture. After several weeks when I asked him how things were going he told me he didn't receive the picture, he didn't even bother to check his e-mail to find this picture. For the second time last week I asked him and he said monument should have been finalized beginning of August, which did not happen. On August 9 2017 I asked him for the 3rd time, and he replied 2 days later August 11 just to say it's sill delaying 2 more weeks. Slowest service and poor feedback I ever had. I would not recommend their services to any body who is looking to build a monument for a loved one.
Bill is great! Cares very much for the family and makes sure everything is correct! Highly recommend this business!
