I found Momma’s Flowers online when I was searching for a flower shop in Richmond to send my mom some flowers. Although their website made it very easy to order online, I decided to call instead so I could talk to someone in person and describe what I was looking for and what the occasion was. The woman that answered was so incredibly pleasant and helpful. She listened to everything I wanted and offered some great suggestions as far as flowers and arrangements. I trusted her immediately and felt that my bouquet would be more personal now that I had a chance to speak to someone about it myself. She even sent me a text with a photo of the bouquet before sending it out. The price was more than fair, the bouquet was BEAUTIFUL, the delivery was timely, and most of all, my mom was overflowing with joy. Now, THAT, is customer service.nThank you again Momma’s flowers for making my Mama feel special.

This shop is amazing! After speaking to Vicki the owner, she agreed to make a basket of goodies for a healing friend to brightening his day! The basket turned out gorgeous with items he likes and delivered ever so promptly. The flowers were gorgeous and fresh, created in a lovely arrangement. I really liked that I could order from a local florist in our state and support a local small business that gave me the feeling of “family” over the phone. She knew exactly what to create ... even over the phone. Vicki creates beautiful arrangements and baskets that are personalize with a special touch of caring and the pricing is beyond fair! Give Momma’s Flowers a shout as you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend!

Beautiful arrangement at a very decent price. I was thrilled with the service and even accommodated a last minute order down to every detail. They sent me a picture and contacted me when the recipient wasn't home and the flowers were left on the porch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Over all very pleasant experience. Placed the order late at night on line and ask for a phone call to confirm. Early the next morning Victoria called confirming as well as the viewing g was Sunday and she personally delivered it on Sunday. Just a kind warm hearted person handling a troubling time. All.. you need to use them!

All I can say is “wow” they went above and beyond! Gorgeous, personalized arrangement for my BFF in her time of need. I couldn’t be happier. (Ordered from afar in TX, they offered same day delivery too!)
