I recently attended a service at Ware Smith, what happened to the warm caring service they use to provide? They use to walk you to the room, offer coffee and very personable. No help with writing an obituary, no help whatsoever. When a family loses a young person and never had to deal with a funeral home I find their service very cold and impersonable.
They took care of my grand Father's and Grand Mother's arrangements following both of their deaths and were very accommodating and respectful of our family's wishes.
