Do not go to Kutchey's for your flower needs, there are many good options in the Midland area and any one of them has to be able to run a business better than this dismal establishment - I highly recommend Village Green or Lapelle's. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday 2 days in advance, called on the day-of to give instructions on how to get into my house to deliver the flowers, and then they allowed another person to cancel my order and refused to make my arrangement. They lied and changed their story multiple times to try and save their backs, and in the end I didn't receive the arrangement I payed for and I will not be doing bussiness there ever again. I've also ordered flowers from them in the past and have been frequently disappointed by the lack of resemblance to the online pictures.
Amazing flowers and amazing service
Very nice florist. Very clean with beautiful and fresh flowers! There was a perfect bouquet that saved me for a last minute Mother's day lunch change.
