I ordered flowers for my friend because of a death in the family. I had accidentally messed up my message to put in the card and they called to double check everything was correct. I was so thankful and they fixed it. The flower arrangement was beautiful and my friend loved them. I would definitely go here again. Such nice and friendly people
What a major disappointment!!!! Ordered an arrangement for my sister's 70th Birthday. This sure doesn't look a $70 arrangement to me!!!! Won't be returning or recommending!!!

First of all, the floral arrangement that I received for my mother's funeral was beautiful. Unfortunately, the way that I was treated was despicable.The initial employee (gal wearing an OU sweatshirt) that helped me was great. I am not sure who the second lady was, but she said some very inappropriate and harsh comments to me regarding my mother's funeral arrangements. I should have cancelled the arrangement right then and there, but was so distraught and shocked that I couldn't get out the door fast enough. Also, the arrangement that I picked was from their website, but no one could tell me the cost. I wound up bringing it up myself on my phone and showing it to the employee so they could charge me. I had been dreading picking out flowers and this experience made it that much worse. I knew I should have gone to Viviano's.
