I ordered flower holiday gift to be delivered in Perrinton for Christmas and the order was canceled. I am from Delaware and left my phone number, email on the online order form. I received no phone call to explaining what the issue was, just an email that the order was canceled. Very disappointed in this service.nnUPDATED RESPONSE.. I never did get an email, and since it was the holidays, I would have expected a phone call. As for future orders, no worry I will be ordering from Carson City in the future. Your customer service needs improving.
Picked up some flowers on short notice for my mother inlaw who's in hospital the arrangement was stunning my wife said everyone at the hospital raved about them. Definitely recommending family and friends for this floral shop. I did see lots of Christmas arrangements. I hope everyone supports this place! Thanks again for great service!
