Jenelle was more than amazing for my family when my father passed away! Kempf is a beautiful funeral home.
Tried to live stream my cousins funeral and it did not work. Called the funeral home they said they would look into it and call me back. Did not get a call back and missed the service. This is unacceptable!! With the money they charge they should have state of the art equipment. Do not offer a service they you cannot deliver.
We worked with Craig K. Kempf Funeral Homes this past week when my grandmother passed. My family was blown away by the quality service that was provided to us. In addition to a beautiful facility, the funeral price was very respectable, the staff was very friendly and professional, and they made my grandmother look beautiful for the viewing and the funeral. The obituary was posted online the same day we met with them and the florist they used had awesome prices. We worked with Mr. Washburn and he was awesome and represented the funeral home in a very positive way. Thank you Craig Kempf Funeral Homes for making this difficult process a manageable one.
I used Kempf for services with my brother on April 20th. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPY!! First and foremost, Jenelle was amazing. Explained the process very well, helped with every step, we asked for suggestions and she gave good ones. Everything went very well. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH HOW MY BROTHER LOOKED!!!nI would highly recommend using them!!!!
