I've been going to Crystal Springs Florist and Greenhouse since the early 90's. I keep going back because I love it there. They are plant and flower professionals. I would rather do my business there than anywhere else in the area. Thank you Crystal Springs.

I have phoned in two orders from overseas to this florist for a relative in Benton Harbor. Both times I have been met with courteous and informed employees who have gone out of their way to assist me, and make sure that the order is perfect.nnThe arrangements that I have purchased have been beautiful, even exceeding what I had expected.nnOn my last order (2/20/20) I was helped by Patrice who prepared a beautiful arrangement and made it unique and special with her own creative flourish.nnI will be sending my business again and again to Crystal Springs Florist. Purchased Mother’s Day flowers from here to be delivered the weekend of Mother’s Day and they delivered them a week before!!! Truly disappointed as my receipt, and the copy they sent me of my paperwork had the correct date not sure how you miss that. I emailed stating how i was frustrated and felt there should be some sort of compensation (free or discounted shipping perhaps) nothing crazy. I received a response stating they would send a second arrangement on the date that i had paid for the flowers to sent on. They did not follow through with this promise. The flowers were beautiful but what’s the point of picking a date for a special occasion if your not going to read your paperwork? And then making false promises to correct your mistake... won’t be using them again.
