(Posting on behalf of my father) My experience could not have been more pleasant. I ordered a large arrangement of flowers, hoping for same day delivery. It was a big request considering the size of the arrangement, short notice, and it being the week of Valentine’s Day. Upon calling in the order, I was comforted by the confidence and assurance that my request could be met. When the flowers arrived, my wife (who once worked at a florist) was in awe at the beauty and size of the arrangement and noted the quality/freshness of the flowers was the best she had ever seen. Genuine care and thought was given to my family and the flowers. I did not get her name, but a huge THANK YOU to the person who fulfilled my order and her exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Always and Forever Flowers and Herbals.

I want to give a big thank you! I called because another florist was suppose to deliver flower to my mother and canceled at the last minute. The florist was great had a beautiful arrangement made up and at my mothers house the same day. Thank you very much. P.S. my mother loved the flowers!
