My dog got Porcupine quills all in her face late in the evening. She wouldn't let me remove them and our vet was closed. Fortunately I found this emergency clinic and drive an hour after calling and confirming they would be able to remove them. The people here were nice and communicated thoroughly what needed to be done and pricing. They gave her Anastasia and promptly removed the quills. I had a pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone else.

Awesome!! The tech came out to the vehicle, we got dog out and she walked around. Tech checked heart rate gave a diagnosis and eased our mind. The dog had gotten into something and needed to sleep it off.

I brought my cat in for what I thought was an abscessed tooth. Unfortunately, he ended up having cancer. They were very considerate and thorough. They made an effort to lay out options for me in a way that was easy to understand.nnWhen the time came to put him to sleep, I decided to take him there. Again, they were very understanding and helpful. They treated Peanut with respect and were kind to me.during a hard time while still being professional. They sent me a nice condolences card too.nnI will be going there again, if need be. Recommended.

This place was the only Vet that answered me and would see my cat, he ultimately was diagnosed with lymphoma. I brought him home for a couple of days, and then decided that he was suffering and should be put to sleep. They were compassionate, and we're extremely kind to me. After they presented me with a paw print impression at no extra cost. This will always be cherished by me and my family. Thank you Kaitlyn for your excellent customer service and compassion, and to the rest of the workers there that evening.

I've had to bring a couple pets to them for emergencies over the years and they've always been great. And just today, they were wonderfully supportive when it came time to let my old mastiff go.
