So caring. They have taken such great care of our furry children. Recently we had to make a very painful decision regarding one of our pets and they were so good throughout the process. I would give six stars if I could. Dr Remington is such a great vet.

I am new to the area and don't have a regular vet yet - I had no idea where to go or what to do when my cat got sick today, but thought because this was a hospital and not a standard vet, I'd have a better chance with an emergency situation. I called in around 1pm to see about getting immediate help. They told me they couldn't take any new patients and couldn't see my cat. They refused to even give me any advice over the phone. I asked if there was any other place I could go to or that could help me over the phone because I needed to see someone today. I was told to wait until the emergency vet opened at 5:30pm. My cat didn't live until then. They were totally unwilling to provide any sort of help when I desperately needed it. This is not a place I'd want to trust any more of my pets with.

This has been our vet for the past 12 years. We have nothing but positive things to say about them. Dr. Olson is who we normally see, and she is just the best. This practice has always been wonderful to our dogs and cats. They treat them just as they would treat their own pets. When we lost our oldest Golden Retriever, Tucker, and our 17-year-old cat, Joey, they were so incredibly kind, respectful, and caring. Their prices are very reasonable and we've never had a bad experience with this practice. We won't take our furry kids anyplace else. We have complete faith and trust in all of the vets and vet techs here.

On vacation in the area. My dog got sick. Falling down like she's drunk. Called this vet who said not taking new patients even though I'm here temporarily. Said wait until 530pm and go to a emergency vet. Not a very caring vet.

Great staff! They truly care about our pets! There are others closer to where we live but they’re worth the drive!
