I only received half of my order. They don’t answer the phone and there’s no option to leave a message. I called customer service and they can’t get ahold of them either. You’d think customer service would just put in a reorder. It’s been nearly a week and still unresolved. Who know how long this will drag on. There’s no excuse for this!
This business is a joke. They are extremely rude when actually being able to make contact with this store. I placed an order for them to take my money but never filled my order. When I went to pick up my arrangement the store wasnt even open because the scheduled employee called out. If your business isnt open and available to fill orders then it's only right to notify the public not to order... very disappointed and will never recommend to anyone.
The order came was all melted, the fruit was all messed up in the box. I also ordered popcorn and they sent the wrong kind. This was VERY expensive!!!
We have received gifts from here several times. The arrangements have incredible eye appeal, the fruit is fresh and the entire arrangements have been delicious.
Product has always been satisfying and as advertised. Fresh as well. If you don't want to do traditional flowers , this is the gift you should get.
