Garland Road Small Animal Hospital

Our pets have all received excellent care at Garland Road Small Animal Hospital. They have cared for two cats and two dogs and we’ll be bringing a new puppy soon too! They can get us in quickly when needed, listen to concerns, and take the time to answer questions. Their care and compassion in supporting our family when we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies was so appreciated. Would highly recommend.

The Staff at Garland are great I' can't speak enough!! I just moved in to the state and when I called the receptionist was friendly kind and very helpful.nThe vet tech Mary was really nice very helpful and and she listened to all my concerns and pass it along to Dr. Townsend she very kind. Dr. Townsend was very thorough and he explained very thing and he listen to my concern and answered all my questions.nHaving two German Shepard's you want the vet to take good care of them. Looks like I have found myself a great placenI'm very pleased with them and would recommend them to everyone.nnLucilio

Basil and I have been good friends and loyal customers for many years. We've never had a problem with them sending us a bill after we've had work done by the garland road clinic. Yes I know covid-19 2020 is a big factor. But that does not excuse the treatment we got as far as paying in advance. The normal routine is have the job done, send us a bill, and we pay it right off. Now you have to call in advance which I did. When you arrive call again, let them know you're outside waiting. And we don't find a problem with that. It's how they handle their billing that is driving us to find another vet. This kind of behavior tells me it's all about the money and not the animals welfare.

Very kind folks. They are doing the best for the situation we are in this year. I was a little nervous handing the granddog off to someone else but is for everyone's safety and it worked out great. Wonderful experience I will be bringing miss bonnie there

I sent my new kitty in for shots. No people indoors during pandemic. The vet phoned me afterwards and we had a nice discussion of determining Delilahs age and general health.nMy dog goes in March, and I may have more to say then.
