Needed to have my baby looked at and everyone in my area was busy or wanted $500 just to walk in the door. The receptionist was so nice and let me know they could see him right away. Even with my boy being a Rottweiler they were amazing and kept me informed on everything even checked the prices of tests and medications with me before doing them. Amazing considerate and handle my big mommy's boy with respect and told me what a sweet boy he is and they worked fast so as not to stress him out too much. Will absolutely use them again if the need arises. Thank you to all who took care of my baby.
I had to take my very ill beagle to this hospital. The efficiency and professionalism were from beginning to end. My sweet dog had to be put down. The compassion of the staff was so helpful in my grief.
They're always ready to help us whenever we need them; the personnel are friendly/sympathetic and quite understanding. I find the prices to be extremely fair for an emergency vet. If we lived closer, I'd chose them as my main vet.
These folks are the best! I came in on a Sunday with my 10 year old lab with unknown issues. They were welcoming, compassionate, understanding and comprehensive. Brion is a wonderful veterinarian and a charming person. He made me feel comfortable and in good hands. He calmly evaluated the situation, clearly walked me through the options and pros and cons and gave great advice. As if that was not good enough, the surgeons did an excellent job and had my precious dog out the same day and feeling back to her old self in no time. Would come back in a heart beat (but hope I do not have to) and would recommend them to anyone!
The experience we had was very good. The people that we spoke to were very concerned, wanted to help our dog, and kept us informed on procedures and outcome. The only negative aspect I can refer to is the cost of it all. They were up front, explained each cost factor, and we knew what the outcome would be; my only point with this is that pet care just like all things in this age is expensive. That aside, MVMC is an excellent place that I would recommend to all animal lovers in need of these types of servives.
