Remarkable is the only way to describe VRCCE. At the 11th hour we needed a health certificate to fly with our dog Tito out of the country. Due to unforseen circumstances and the lack of knowledge provided by the airlines we had no idea what getting this certificate entailed. On a Monday and with no notice and 0 openings in their schedule, VRCCE took us in, completed all of the paperwork and pushed our certificate to the USDA to be certified in a matter of hours. A process that normally takes multiple days and plenty of advanced notice was handled swiftly and professionally by all of the wonderful staff at VRCCE. their secretary Robin kept us updated every step of the way and fielded every phone call we made in the process. We simply can't thank these people enough for what they did for us. We will be taking our dog Tito here for all future appointments. Simply put, VRCCE provides the absolute best animal care and is the top veterinary family we've ever been a part of. From teeth cleanings to annual exams, and EVERY question we've had in between, they have been incredibly supportive and kind every step of the way. We are so lucky to have found them and they are our first choice of veterinarian care in Maine!

This practice has cared for my cats and dogs since they were kittens and pups. The pets have always been very comfortable at the appointments and with the staff. I am very pleased with the care my pets have received and the kindness the doctors and clinical team has show to me and the pets.

I do love all the staff people there they all mirror the true values of love and knowledge of animals with devotion, dedication to their job of taking care to meet many needs of our animals and the owners ! Dr. Johnson is great she is so knowledgable and greets me always with a friendly smile putting me at ease ! Her caring, helpful, kindness compassionate ways helps to make the visit more relaxing for me and my four pets! I appreciate that she really wants to listen to you and her willingness to go out of her way to be there for me as well as my pets in order to meet our needs ! I hug her like family and her staff!

great place to bring your pets. they get nothing but the best and most attentive care. I love bringing my dog here, she gets very excited to come and runs straight to the entrance when we pull in.
