Veterinary Quick Care

Took my 10 year old lab here for a last minute visit when I couldn’t get into our regular vet. I had no idea what to expect but I was very happy with my experience! Really friendly staff that took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Dr Wilson was great! I will be back!

Before all the covid I took my two dogs in at separate times. My small dog was fine at the visit but the workers were so rude to me that I immediately said something. They apologized for her but that was enough for me to not want to go back. So then management reached out to me a couple months later saying how they have new owners and staff. So I gave it anotjet shot With my bigger dog who looked like an adult but was only a puppy. While clipping his nails the guy cut 2 far down 2 times! I can understand one time its an accident but you think he would have been cautious after that but nope got him again. Plus they kept pushing for xrays and all sorts of stuff that my puppy defiantly didn't need. Each time I went in and even while in a visit they would all say to do different things and were never on the same page. Then covid hit so now most ppl aren't letting you go in with your pet and they are one that don't. So I paid 200 to have an exam done on the cat bcuz i was worried about parasites but they didnt even ask for a fecal. 2nd I watched as so many pets went in right after my cat. With that many pets how do you know your animal is getting the full exam properly or if they are skimming through the process like Edgewood tried to do right in front of me. So prior to this appointment I explained what was going on at our home and what led me to believe there was a parasite problem and they did nothing that I had brought this cat in for other than the flea and tick preventative and shots. They told me they found nothing but given my circumstances I knew that wasn't true plus without a fecal how do they know there are no parasites?? I brought the cat in hoping to find answers and all I ended up with was a 200$ bill and no answers. So then after this cat appointment I called them a few months later for my dog. Every person I spoke to gave me different answers and I got so frustrated I decided to take my dog into a walk in clinic. They also were not willing to call and get the papers transferred for my dog from his last vet. They said they weren't allowed to but the walk in clinic called each vet and got their papers transferred. I am dome with tender touch. They are definitely not the vet for me and my animals.

Our dog seriously cut her foot at the dog park and our vet could not fit us in and so they sent us here. The service was amazing and they did a great job and I cannot believe how affordable it was. Thank you.
