Love Dr. Allen. He is extremely friendly and has a warm personality.. He is extremely patient with my dogs.. I have a very skittish cattle dog mix and Dr. Allen is so kind and gentle with her.. Been going to South Portland Veterinary Hospital for 4 years now.. And the staff are amazing..
The staff there is so kind and professional, and very patient with my daughter and I when we had to say goodbye to our sweet kitty. They treated Sylvester with respect and kept us informed regarding every step, from A to Z. The vet even asked us if we wanted to keep his ashes, (which we did) and offered to make a paw print for us, which was something I've never heard of a vet doing. I would use this hospital again. *****
Even in these strange time they were kind and supportive of my self and brand new fur baby.
Both Mr& Mrs Allen are amazing veterinarians, they are super intelligent and thorough. You can tell that everyone at this practice truly cares for animals.
I'm adding a review today for exemplary service. Staff are fantastic, knowledgeable professionals who clearly care about the pets they care for and are quite personable to boot.nnPrices are great too. In these Covid times, they practically took care of everything while we waited in the car (and quickly, too). How can you complain about that?nnI'd give them 6 stars if I could.
