Never again will I ever go back to Jordan’s florist .... my sister passed away May 24 and it was very unexpected so I searched and I found Jordan’s floral so I called them and told them what I wanted because of the pandemic we couldn’t go in so I told him what I wanted and I wanted a sister reef like a heart and then two arrangements to go beside her urn and those were beautiful but the heart shaped thing that they called a sister reef was awful it was all carnations there was only six roses on it and it was supposed to have a sister Banner it had a banner and it has sister a cardboard cut out stapled on the ribbon and the Flowers were falling off it by the next day it didn’t even last a whole service now for over $200 u would of thought I’d gotten better but it gets worse from there the day that I ordered the flowers I ordered three arrangements to come to over a little over $400 so they took it out of my card which yeah I’m fine with but they took it out twice so they gave me a refund so yeah I was fine with that with the refund were even and I paid for my flowers now on June 19 they take out another $400 again out of my account saying that they refunded me twice and I never paid for my flowers so I speak with Nancy and she proceeds to tell me that they charge me twice refunded me three times so technically I didn’t pay for my flowers so but my bank on the other hand says that they charged me twice refunded me once and then charged me again so they charged me three times and refunded me once and the lady at the floral place was telling me that I’ve never paid for my flowers… So I disputed the charge and got my money back but I will never go there again .....They made one of the hardest times of my life even more stressful with not having that act together

Outstanding customer service. Ordered an arrangement to welcome a special friend home from the hospital. Despite the busy Mother's Day orders, Jordan's was able to deliver the absolutely beautiful arrangement earlier then expected. Will definitely use Jordan's again and have recommended them to friends in the local area. Grateful.

I will say again, after probably 25 orders over the years, Jordan's is exactly ud83dudcaf % who you want,for bouquets, designer cut bouquets, any type of arrangement, casket sprays, etc...anything floral,they have not one time disappointed!! Every single time,it is a stunning display! I called yesterday for 3 designer cut bouquets, last minute, they pulled through and delivered curbside this morning with 3 of the most breathtaking bouquets ever! Thank you!nAngela McBrady

I searched high and low for a floral arrangement to send my Mom on Mother's Day. It's quite challenging during this pandemic. I was psyched to see that Jordan's was open, however, the only delivery available on the website was on Monday the day after Mother's Day. I took what I could get. I received a confirmation call, which was wonderful, and was told that Jordan's would do whatever they needed to do to get the arrangement to my Mom on Mother's Day. Now, that's service. Thanks for making Mother's Day special for my Mom. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
