This is an absolutely beautiful place. They are respectful and kind. This funeral home has a very large capacity and there is plenty of parking too. They shine with professionalism and have a great reputation in London. I have attended several beautiful services here.

Wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend their services. They took such good care of my Dad’s service and paid attention to every detail. A special Thank You to Susan and Tyson for all the amazing work and compassion during a time when my family and I were barely able to function. Family member had life insurance and London Funeral Home knew this. They called insisting on $5,000 immediately and told us that the policy would not pay out so we better get $5,000 to them NOW. Rumors of them talking about my family got back to us as well. Very unprofessional. The life Ins did pay but I guess they didn't want to wait for the 30 day turn around on the check getting issued. someone needs to teach these people some empathy.
Probably the worst funeral service that I ever attended no music or nothing and the worst part is it was my sister
