If you want a special order (or even a particular bouquet listed on their site), don’t pick something from this florist. They have a substitution policy where they can basically pick other flowers in place of your order, depending on what they have on hand. The bouquet we got for my aunts birthday looked NOTHING like what we ordered and I’m pretty sure it was standard size rather than deluxe. EXTREMELY disappointed.

We sent flowers to my aunt for Easter, from Indiana to London, and she just called my mom to tell her how beautiful the vase and flowers were. My mom asked her if Carousel was a good choice of florist in her area and said they had the prettiest flowers. So that's a great review from me and one from my aunt as well! Staff is delightful to work with. The creativity of the owners definitely shines through with their decor and arrangements. The products are affordable and beautiful. They'll definitely supply all my future floral arrangement needs.

Placed an order online on Saturday July 20th for my mother’s 74th birthday to be delivered on Tuesday July 23rd. thinking that the order would be delivered early in the day (or at least by 12:00/1:00 pm) but they didn’t make the delivery until they close and my mother didn’t receive her flowers until almost 6:00 pm. And to add insult to injury they didn’t even send the ballon I ordered with the arrangement and since they didn’t deliver until they where closed I had to wait until the next morning to call and let them know she didn’t receive her ballon and that I was very disappointed that she didn’t get her flowers until very late on her birthday. They apologized and said they would get her ballon right out to her but low and behold they waited until they closed again and she didn’t get her ballon until 5:50pm the following day. Who does that? Who waits till the business closes to make their deliveries. You need to hire some help to make deliveries earlier in the day. I should have read the reviews first and seen that this is an ongoing issue. The flowers where very pretty just not delivered in a timely manner.
