We ordered from out of state and picked the bouquet from their Website. I received notice that the flowers were delivered and my niece confirmed receipt of the beautiful bouquet. The following day, she let me know that the florist contacted her to state that they delivered the incorrect order and then they delivered the correct bouquet the next day. I really appreciate that the staff noticed the error and corrected the issue so quickly. Both bouquets were beautiful and I would definitely recommend this florist and would use again if the occasion arises.
Flowers were beautiful! Our family member sent us a picture of them and they were stunning. We ordered online from out of state. It was easy to see their products and pick from their online site. We were also happy with the quality of the teddy bear we send. We will definitely go through Friday'z for all our floral needs.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend who's father passed away. She sent me a picture of the flowers and it was not the flowers I selected from the products they had listed available. However the flowers sent to her are beautiful it would be suggested to inform the customer if the product requested is not available so that they are aware before the flowers are delivered.
