They all are very professional and your animals are their #1 concern!! You are kept in the know about the well-being of your animals and you are always given choices. They offer after hour services and I have used them various times and this is very important and if you ever need them, their there!!
Found out they let an employee who had positive covid-19 exposure return to work while individual was on quarantine. If they can’t take a global pandemic seriously enough to protect other employees what would make me believe my animals are treated well and taken care. Will not be returning. Good customer service starts with treating and protecting your employees and clients with respect and care not putting their health at risk. Also prices are very expensive. $$$
Awesome vet!! We had an after hours emergency that was less than $200 which included not only the initial visit, but a follow up visit and the medication♡
I don’t know if there are words to describe our love and appreciation for Greenhaven! They have always gone above and beyond for our furry family members and us humans too in the past 6-7 years. They have the most up-to-date medical equipment, knowledgeable staff around, and even offer services like acupuncture and chiropractic! Don’t follow my mistake and go to the best first. You will not be disappointed.
It was my first time going here and my dog Annie was really scared and sick and they were very nice and took really good care of her they told me everything they were doing step by step and prices. I will go back. I would highly recommend.
