Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. I received flowers on the 14th from my husband for Valentines day and by the 18th they were already dying. I messaged Hy-Vee floral on the 20th because I was disappointed in the flowers. The same night I received a message back apologizing and letting me know they will replace them. Today the 21st I received the most beautiful arrangement delivered to my work. YOU GUYS ROCK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU!!
