Sent my friend flowers for her birthday and they turned out beautifully! She said they smelled amazing and they were delivered in a timely fashion. The delivery driver also followed my special instructions exactly.

I knew I wanted flowers to be a big part of my wedding day. I was very happy with the service from Shamrocks! They came recommended by our reception venue and many family members. We went to our first meeting with pictures in mind for almost everything. Then covid came and we had to make adjustments. Shamrocks was very easy to work with on changing the date and our order for a smaller wedding. The flowers turned out perfect on the wedding day! It was exactly what we wanted. Our small reception was outside in August and the flowers last the whole night. My bouquet was heavy but gorgeous. We are happily using them again for our big reception coming up this year.

Review in a nutshell: ordered a bouquet of flower for my husband's birthday - got way less than the largest bouquet 'the best' advertised on their website (which seems to be a repetitive pattern with this florist by now - as per my attached pictures showing how much larger the 'best' bouquet looks on their website), costing me 100 USD including Illinois taxes, but their awful approach was what triggered this review - they are simply ignoring the truth and facts. I have no reason to lie and simply wanted to cheer my husband who is alone, working hard and send a few things I know he appreciates:nn1. Responding to my initial review, the owner chose to disclose my name rather than keep it private - who does that in such a level of un-professionalism and lack of tact, ignoring completely how rude and patronising one of his employees chose to be to me over the phone besides twisting the facts of the delivery?nn2. Facts: this is the third time I ordered online from their website, on this occasion only a bouquet of flowers for my partner on his birthday, the Precious Heart 'best' - which is supposed to be the largest with the most flowers (never cared about substitutions but only about the number of flowers to match what they advertise on their site in a similar colour scheme). My partner showed me how much smaller the bouquet was and Jean at Shamrock mentioned a second bouquet is going to be sent the next day - although I did not hear the word 'exchange'. What florists sends flowers next day to be exchanged anyway? (in February 2021 I used this florist via an international site and they sent again a much smaller bouquet when I assumed it was the international florist's problem - now I know: the problem was with this florist themselves because they do not like the smaller prices the international florist practices but I guess they like the business they get)nn3.  The owner twisted in his original review that the driver came the next day to 'patiently wait 20 minutes for your husband to finish his work call so that he could see the new arrangement and choose for himself which one he would prefer to keep and enjoy' which is simply not true.  My husband came to meet the driver after managing the wrap up a conference call, but the driver was not there 10min later.  My husband never met this driver and did not see the new bouquet of flower and when calling the driver on the card left, the driver mentioned that an exchange of bouquet should take place and my husband should call the florist as the driver was anyway on his way back to the office.nn4.  What was worse was that I had the misfortunate to be speaking to a woman called Rita (who said Jean was not in the office that day) and called all this 'absolute tragic' (and a joke if you ask me) to which Rita started shouting un-professionally and rude speaking on top of me and lecturing me with 'people in the third world who cannot have anything to eat' being tragic - how dare she!!!!!??? I do lots of charity work for several decades now and money I put aside to cheer my husband on his birthday should not be taken for granted.nnShame on this lecturing woman who knows absolutely nothing about the struggle of people in every country in the world who might not reside in the third world but have difficult lives too!!!! She made me cry on my birthday, as my husband managed to send me some beautiful flowers (despite the UK not having the potential the USA florists have, yet UK florists respect the dimensions and number of flowers a bouquet should have), while my flowers costing close to 100 USD were nothing like in the pictures (check attached what he received).nnThey will not fool me again and be allowed to speak to me as if I am inferior to them. They have no shame!!!! Is it too much to ask for honesty and professionalism while not being spoken like I am a small, un-educated child? Can they not respect the fact that I have an honest voice and an opinion?

My siblings and I ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my mom. It arrived and it is ABSOLUTELY breathtakingly beautiful! Thank you, Shamrock Florist!
