Ordered 5 different sets of flowers for am (9-11am) delivery on Mothers day. 12.30pm, no flowers. Call the shop, ask where deliveries are. Was told ill be called back, in a minute. 1 hr later i call back to find out they forgot to call me back, they forgot 1 set of flowers and only made 4. Specifically asked for them to deliver one arrangement first...nope. Flowers were supposed to have a simple card....nope, nothing there. First and last time. Sorry.
The arrangement is beautiful and it was very easy to order. Your selections were many and wonderful, ordering was very easy, and pricing was reasonable. Delivery was prompt and on time.
The flowers were amazing and I even instant messaged the florist and they responded immediately. Excellent customer service, good value, most definitely recommend this florist!
