The flower arrangements are exquisite & beautiful.... Customer service is one of the BEST!!! Marisol is so attentive to details and answer every doubt or questions you may have, I've ordered several times and always impressed. However, this passed Friday my partners grandmother passed away, truth be told its always hard to arrange things and try to figure details when something like this happens, Marisol helped us all the way, it was quick and easy, and her letting us know she got it and everything would be fine, eased everything. My uncle passed away this year, late September. Our family knew where to order from and ordered a floral arrangement. Where do I even begin?! Earthly Petals is the whole package. I bought a bouquet for my mother in law for Mother’s Day and the owners of the shop made pick up a smooth process and gave the BEST customer service experience. All questions I had were answered. The bouquet and vase were absolutely stunning and my mother in law loved it! Will be coming back for all my floral and plant needs!
