Edible Arrangements

Use different stores if you can. I always order from Niles or Palatine to deliver, but this time I wanted to pick it up on my way home from work at 4 pm. The store closes at 5 pm. On Jan 15, 2021, I ordered for pick up at 4 pm on 1/23/2021. On that day, I got a call at 2 pm to pick up before 3 pm because closing at 3 pm. I could not pick it up before 3, so I asked them to deliver to Niles anytime - they said this is not their area. Ok, I understand, so Rolling Meadows before 4:30 pm. Amanda said yes driver would deliver at 4 pm to Rolling Meadows. YES, HER EXACT WORDS, he will be there at 4 pm. Mount Prospect location is from Rolling meadows 3.1 mile.nOn my way home, I drove to Mount Prospect and was there at 3.30 pm it was closed already. I got home at 3.40 pm and waited for delivery until 4:50 pm at home—no sign of the delivery. I left home very upset because this was my present, I left empty-handed. Come back home at 10 pm, and there was delivery on my doorsteps. I end up going to Niles again to deliver it. The driver never called, drop it off, and left it. I never had issues like that from Niles or Palatine store! I am glad it was cold outside. He could call me. I could meet him somewhere after 3.30 pm, do not leave me waiting. Their customer service is horrible!

UNRELIABLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.nnI purchased a basic fruit platter for a co-workers work anniversary. I placed the order over my lunch break on March 16th, for curbside pick up at 9am March 17th.nWhen I arrived at 9am the shop was closed, so I called the curbside pick up number. No answer. I thought “perhaps they are running a little late”, so I waited.n9:15am still nothingnI had to be at the office by 10:00, so I called their corporate number.nThe gentleman on the phone said that he will try and call (the same number I’ve been calling). No answer.nI asked if they could transfer my order to another location that’s open. They can’t do that. As I was asking for a refund, a young women walked up to the door at 9:30am.nI asked “Are you the manager or owner?”nShe replied “No, I’m just an employee”nI said “I had a 9am curbside pickup” to which she replied “Yeah, 9am pickups are really hard for us. If you give me 15-20 minutes, I can put your platter together.”nFor $55, to me, that’s unacceptable.nI called corporate to submit my complaint about the service (not being ready on time and the employees poor excuse for why my item wasn’t ready on time).nAfter all was said and done, they only agreed to refund me half!!nn9:00am pickup - actually 9:45amnCurbside pickup - NopenCan you send my order to another location? I’m willing to travel there instead - Nope.nWhy wasn’t my order ready on time? Because 9am pickups are really hard for them.nnI know there are a lot of locations for this organization, so I can only speak to the terrible service at the Mount Prospect shop. If you want an edible arrangement - spend your money at another location.

Very disappointing. I ordered the Berry Tasty Cheescake Cookie Platter and a Edibear (teddy bear) for a friend who just had a baby boy (which was mentioned when I ordered). After I checked with my friend, I realized they had sent a few visually-unappealing items in an aluminum foil plate and a pink unicorn with glitter. Nothing like the pictures shown on the website.nnThe only positive thing: I got reimbursed without debate, as if they already knew it was a mess!

Don't order from here. horrible customer service, don't answer phone, don't know there own websites. Delivery late 7:00 pm and not enjoyed by the recipient Just awful. Geez let people know. Way to expensive for how it turned out and not enjoyed. Horrible shop.Manager cared less.
