I ordered a sympathy bouquet and trusted the owner( whom I talked to 3 times and she promised to take care of me). The first picture is my over $100 arrangement but the second picture is what I ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! She put cheap carnations in the arrangement ordered had NO carnations. I was so ashamed when I saw all of the beautiful arrangements and mine looked like it was something I cut myself and stuffed in a vase. I spent over $230.00 here because I bought 2 arrangements the other one was not great but way better than this one. I can't believe that a professional florist thought that this was ok to send. I only ordered from here because I am from another town and even called to confirm she could make these arrangements which she assured me she could. I just hope others do not have this happen to them because it was shameful.

Nancy is the best at doing her job! She is very hard working and has great passion that truly shows in her art of flower arrangements. She had delivered to our child care center a few times this year. She goes above and beyond!! 10/10

Highly recommend Nancy Sell's Flowers! We ordered flowers for our friends' anniversary and they were gorgeous. Nancy put them in a beautiful blue vase and filled it with extra flowers at no additional cost. Our friends loved them. Because we now live out of town, we ordered the flower arrangement over the phone. Nancy was delightful to talk to, and it was obvious that she really wanted to please us and our friends.

Needed a special birthday arrangement with same day delivery. Even though she was short-staffed, Nancy came through and beautiful flowers were delivered. Had one small hiccup with the hydrangeas, which again, Nancy addressed immediately. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thanks again Nancy!
