Do not do business with these people. They will transfer your call to a third party even during business hours. My uncle was a world war two veteran, who made these arrangements 20 years ago. Before they were a conglomerate, I spent 20 mins calling different numbers trying to talk to someone at the brick and mortar building. Making funeral arrangements should not be this complicated. Someone who lived to see 1/3 of all U.S. Presidents and caught in multiple wars deserved more respect than this. Herr has let my family down.
