Let me start by stating the the flowers, the presentation, and delivery were impeccable. I will add that the delivery person helped me restrain my puppy that ran out the door while my hands were full with two stunning flower bouquets in their vases.nnThe failure lies somewhere in the communication either via the Internet settings or operator error. My email receipt even warned me that one of my orders was for a month out of the current month, our anniversary. My other order was supposed to arrive next week for my wife’s birthday. Instead I get both orders arrive at my home the day after I make the orders.nnThat’s great except that’s not when I wanted them to arrive. I get that we make errors but you kind of left me short handed now for both her birthday and my anniversary. Please help me fix this because I deal with incompetence swiftly and have a short tolerance for patience.
Ordered a “Deluxe Bouquet” for a friends Birthday with balloons and was more than disappointed. $88 for flowers turning brown and dying within 12 hrs of pickup. Balloons looked dated and deflated with in 6 hrs of pickup. I recommend staying away from this place. They will receive no more business from me. EVER

Absolutely beautiful and unique arrangements for my father-in-laws memorial. I wish I could post a picture of the lovely flower frame they made to go with his picture in his Air Force uniform.
