Back in November, etcetera went above and beyond. We had forgotten to order my grandmother's casket spray. AT closing, I called Etcetera to see if they could possibly have something sent over at least for the funeral the following day. When they arrived half an hour later, and just as the vision was starting, my dad and I were just floored. They did an amazing job and came through for my family when we really needed it. The spray was even better than the one we planned on ordering and fit my grandmother and mother very well.
I came in at 1:45 pm on a Monday to get.my wife something nice for Christmas and I was run out of there like LIKE I HAD THE PLAGUE!nI guess someone forgot to turn the closed sign around on the door? Maybe? There were other people in there besides me.. I own a business down the street from him and if I treated my customers like that I wouldn't have any customers. That's just rude! You can trust me when I say I WONT BE BACK!
Soooo many gifts to choose from!!! Its fun to walk around the store and take in all the interesting items they offer. TREASURES !
Great shop with unique gifts, coffee beans and gorgeous truffles! They we're kind enough to make us a custom arrangement at the last minute and it was beautiful!
I called from out of town to have a funeral arrangement done on short notice. I am so happy with the arrangement and customer service. Even after the flowers delivered, I had a last minute addition And they went back to the funeral home and made the additions free of charge. I absolutely recommend this florist! Thanks again for a great experience.
