Do NOT use Kroger florist. Customer Service is horrible. I was told I they would place an order for 9 dozen roses that would be here by a Friday. They just called and said it would now be Saturday. That wasn't ideal but doable. Received another call that the manager didn't place order and would not be able to get them now. This is for a Wedding and has put me in quite the pinch. They didn't even offer to check with other stores or do anything to try and get them here. Just like the rest of Kroger, they don't care about their customers nor getting the items in they say they will.
