Horrible experience! The flowers we ordered were not the flowers we received. Some of the flowers in the arrangement was wilted and dying. Called to speak to someone and they just argued and hung up the phone. Would never recommend this place.
Arrangement was acceptable but service was terrible. Pick up was at 8:30 door didn't open till 9. The phone went straight to the answering machine when i called and said to text a message to another number for assistance. Long store short i was late to my nieces funeral because of lack of communication on fox's part.
I apologize. The flowers were delivered to the correct place on the correct date. The facility did not get my Mom's flowers to her. Great flowers and vase. Vase very pretty. Mom loved it all.
The flowers were beautiful! Also, even on such short notice on Valentine’s Day, it arrived pretty fast.
Ordered flowers for our daughter on Valentine's day. Never were delivered. Tried calling, texting, e-mailed and even fb. Messaged the company. Their website and voicemail says they were open but all I got was one ring then dumb music. I cancelled payment so they wont be getting my money not my order EVER again!
