My husband and I sent 30 tulips to my mother in law. When the tulips arrived there were only 18 instead of 30, they were wilted in just 2 days. They were an embarassing gift. We called the company, but were given no replacement, refund, or even an apology. We wanted our 98 year old mother to have a lovely bouquet to look at.These tulips were $63.40 not a bargain price.nUpdate, after my husband called and contacted the better buisness bureau, no one from the company contacted him, but after writing this review, a representative called. She apologized and gave us a total refund.
