Animal Emergency Center Of The Quad Cities

This Sunday my dog Craig was hit by a truck while he was chasing a cat. The staff were friendly and very helpful while he was being treated. They kept us informed about the costs of the procedures and medications. Craig is recovering well. I would go here again but hopefully I'll never have to.

Thank you to such a compassionate and professional team. AEC is up front and the staff explains everything so that’s it’s comprehensive. I appreciate everything y’all did for Bo.

A HUGE thumbs up to Dr. Benge. My dog had been in a very stressful illness for over 2 weeks. Neither of his vets put him on the treatment that he got from Dr. Benge and within just a few hours, things started to improve remarkably. I can not thank you enough and I’m sure my dog is very grateful to you. Also, the staff there is great over the phone since the clinic is still on curbside service.

Paid over $1,000 as my puppy tested positive for Parvo. Picked him up this morning and he was COVERED in his own diarrhea. Soaking wet actually. How in the world can you look at a sick animal, a 3 month old puppy, and not at least attempt to clean him up? Disgusting.nAs I am sure they gave him proper medicine, i can safely assume they let him sit in his own diarrhea all night with no sort of help/clean up.

Terrible place to take your animals. Sadly this is the only 24 hour emergency vet at the time we had taken our dog in (at around midnight). Our 6 month old pup was acting funny so took her here to get checked out. They did X-Rays and told us there was something like stuffing or foam in her stomach. We pay over $2,000 to have emergency surgery done for them to tell us they found nothing and it’s moved to her intestines and should poop it out... after weeks of catching every poop and looking through it nothing. Never found anything or had any other issues So we paid over $2000 for this place to cut my pup up for literally NO REASON. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!
