My experience was perfection. I called in the morning to have a last minute bouquet put together. (after another flower shop told they could not fulfill my order 1 day before delivery when I ordered two weeks in advance!) I had very specific requests as this was for our first wedding anniversary. Tulips and Thyme created the perfect arrange - with all my special request recreated. Elegant, simple, complete with sticks and willows.. and it was waiting in our room when we arrived. If they can create such a whimsical arrangement with just a minutes notice - I can only imagine the perfection they will create for you!
The BEST customer service! Tulips and Thyme has the most beautiful bouquets and settings. Kati really listened to what I wanted, and is a gifted designer who was able to make suggestions delivering a product better than I was hoping. She’s responsive, friendly and on-time. I have only the best to say about Kati and her five-star customer service and not to mention how talented Kati is at creating such beautiful arrangements. I wanted to send my mother in law flowers (last minute) for her birthday. Kati got back to me right away and also delivered the most stunning flower arrangement that is high quality and sophisticated! I’m so so pleased with everything and so was the birthday girl!
Katie Wagner's floral designed are beyond magical. Her customer service is top notch. She not only created a spectacular arrangement for a friend up in Park City where Katie's studio is, she took extra care to contact my friend over concerns that they would not be home before the delivery went out. Katie listened to my wishes and I appreciated that very much since I live in another state I really was dependent on her to execute my wishes long distance. My girlfriend, who received the arrangement and a personal call from Katie is keeping her card and will not only use her but is referring her friends up in Park City to Katie.
