Wonderful staff who really care about your pet! Paid a lot more than I wanted, but, my Boston Terrier (Ellie) had a few more things that needed taken care than the reason why I initially brought her in for. Highly recommend this clinic.
She helped my dog to live another year when another Veterinarian advised me to put her to sleep. I am so grateful. Honest and a true Christian.
Seriously disappointed after hearing good things about this vet. We had an appointment but still waited two and a half hours to see the vet. I’m pretty understanding, emergencies come up, but I would have appreciated an update or estimate on how far behind they were. Once we finally saw the vet she walked in and immediately started telling me a treatment plan. She didn’t ask me a single question about my dog. Once she finished I was able to ask my questions and really explain what was going on with him. Now, 3 hours and $200 later, we have a whole new treatment plan. It’s just disappointing that after such a long wait I still had to really push for her to stop and listen to me.
We moved out of alabaster 3 years ago and still come back for Dr Z and her team. She's saved our dogs from their own bad decisions enough times and we just feel more comfortable knowing that the level of care will be top tier
Dr. Z is a superb vet.! I have been using her for my cats for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable as well. She loves animals and demonstrates her love with her caring and compassionate demeanor. She has great office hours. Her staff go above and beyond to help you. I would not use any other vet.
