I've used this florist for about 15 yrs. They've always listened carefully to what I wanted and made beautiful, unique,and unusual arrangements for me at reasonable prices!

I asked for mixed flowers in season and gave a generous budget. The outcome was marvelous! The classic and artistic design was filled with lovely colors and textures. Couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you Wesley.

I would post a negative star if it was even possible. I just spoke to the owner or manager regarding a flower arrangement that I had ordered online through their website on May 8. This was for my grandmother‘s 83rd birthday. I received a confirmation email detailing my credit card number, phone number and address of mine and the delivery address as well as the card that I had wanted delivered. Secondly, an email came through with a verification and Confirmation number of my order. So I assumed with that confirmation number that my order would be successfully delivered for her birthday. Now Monday, past my grandmothers birthday, still no flowers. When you live out of state and you want to send flowers to someone, google is a great tool. This florist came up number one in Google search for florist in the area of the ZIP Code that I provided of where my grandmother lives. I would not have imagined That her address would be out of the delivery area, there should be a restriction posted on their website.nnWithout a phone call from them, which I provided a phone number, the owner/manager told me today when I called, that that order I had placed, was rejected because of the distance in delivery. I mention two or three times why did I not get a phone call? He replied that an email was sent out. I searched my email box for their address and only two emails came up which were the two I have mentioned. Nothing was said that it was undeliverable or rejected. This way he was able to blame it on his tech guy, web designer, that the automated email did not generate and go out to me that held the info on the rejection of delivery. This takes all responsibility off of the shop for not placing a phone call to me, on a weekday when they are open, to let me know the order did not go through and the reason for the distance and delivery.nnNow when everyone is crying and wanting their small businesses to be supported, things like this happen. If I knew that that was going to be the case or if I did not want to support a small business owner, I would have had a relative swing by Walmart and grab a couple bundles of flowers, which would still be an eighth of the cost of what a florist will charge with delivery, and take that to my grandmother. I thought that in these times of businesses being shut down that we should give our business to them rather than the big box stores. Clearly, my mistake.

Called Thursday afternoon/evening and spoke to a gentleman. I told him about the bad experiences I’ve had with going through 1800 flowers or from you flowers, and I described what I felt like my sister would like for her birthday. This man clearly put his heart and soul into this bouquet for my sister. Absolutely breathtaking, and sadly I paid less for it than I have for the junk I’ve sent prior. People! Call and talk to your florists. Outstanding customer service and I will be back every single time... Thanks Wesley!
