Is it possible to leave a NEGATIVE STAR rating? I did not want to give this even one star. I am beginning to believe this business is not legitimate! A fake online business!nI ordered online a CUSTOM birthday Floral arrangement, Mylar balloons and chocolates to be delivered on Sunday January 3rd. for my daughters birthday. $126.99. I ordered online as I live in Arizona.. The card below was left with one white rose. NOTHING was ever delivered. MULTIPLE texts to the delivery driver phone....(which turned out to be the actual store phone number!) were never answered when I inquired as to where my order was. 4 days latter....nothing.nDO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST! ....I do not believe they are even a legitimate business.

If I could leave a negative star; I would leave several NEGATIVE stars. The experience with this business was absolutely horrible. The communication from the owner was filled with excuses, broken promises, and no response to text messages or phone calls. I placed an order that was delivered a day AFTER the original scheduled delivery date ud83eudd7a I will never use this floral shop again or recommend anyone else to use them. I placed a Saturday order online after business hours for delivery on Sunday to my daughter's college dorm. The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I had asked for. My daughter was so excited! Thank you for such quality work delivered in a timely manner.

I had two great, gorgeous deliveries on time. I had another delivery which seems to have gone well. But, I had one order, which did go through a little late, but I never got a confirmation of the delivery, which was very confusing and stressful, since they were sympathy flowers for the sudden death of a relative...and there was no good way for me to know whether or not to resend flowers from another florist...I checked with Huntsville Florist by phone and by text, and they were very positive and nice, and said they would check on the delivery, but I did not get a response (I stopped asking 18 days after the delivery). Finally, I did find out from my cousin that they did get the flowers, and I was very relieved and thankful to Huntsville Florist...but a little bit of communication (confirmation?) skills would have made my experience less stressful.
