Absolutely amazing!!! Everything. From the beautiful flowers and vase (that Coco personally took and spent extra time and attention with for us) to the timely response and delivery to the overall above and beyond customer service. This is one of the best shopping experiences I have had in some time and definitely exceeded expectations. Coco was amazing and we will definitely be shopping with her again.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if possible... Very Very rude I called this morning May 9th 2020 needing 2 items she was VERY RUDE over the phone as if how dare I call to start with .. I ask if they were open to the public her rudeness started there with huffing and puffing .. I continued the conversation me being very nice I'm desperate for the 2 peices I need for Decoration... By the end of the conversation she wanted to charge me arm and leg for a $7.00 item .. I told her no thank you and she could keep it I would go elsewhere .. It's sad during this time your try to buy local help small businesses and people have to be so rude and mean... As I will make sure to share my experience from Flowers & More with everyone in cullman... Use other local businesses not Flowers & More very very rude ... negative review...
