For the FIRST TIME i would give them 5 STARS. The first time we went in it was a day before my fathers funeral the two young lady's were very friendly and professional we got a beautiful arrangement and a beautiful vase of roses for like $150 altogether. They delivered everything to the funeral home on time. THE SECOND TIME we went back after 2 MONTHS and this time the lady that was there seemed to be in a bad mood i wanted an arrangement for my fathers grave and she just told me to look for it myself we didn't get any help at all im not sure if it was the COLOR of our SKIN but she looked like she wanted nothing to do with us. Im from florida and didn't know the store at all so i clearly needed help but instead we were just IGNORED. The picture is from the first time we ordered from them.
Really like there selections.
I had to get a basket, very last minute, for my grandmother's funeral. They had a large assortment of gorgeous plant baskets, at every price point, and were so kind in helping me find what I needed! I highly recommend Gaines Florist!
