This business brought the flower arrangement to the wrong address. My boyfriend and I called them back and they said that they would bring out a replacement to the correct address. After receiving a photo from the recipient, it was obvious these were thrown together without any consideration. Nor was the vase correct. Upon calling the owners, the first time they hung up on me after I conveyed dissatisfaction. The second time, I had two women screaming at the top of their lungs that this was my fault and I am childish and petty and don’t understand working for the public. When she told me it was my fault they had to go back twice I told her it isn’t my responsibility to deliver the flowers correctly and she got even more angry and said we shouldn’t live in the boonies and then changed the subject to how I’m not going to be compensated. She then said she would send her husband over to take the flowers back. They threatened to call the police on us if we called back. All we wanted was to be compensated for the poor customer service and entirely wrong delivery. This place was a nightmare. Entirely Unprofessional, rude, and ironic that they run a business that thrives on empathy. AVOID. This was such a let down. They are criminals.

Website is very misleading. The arrangement received looks nothing like the one I ordered. I was charged twice. They did refund me but took a few.nI'm not happy with the arrangement that was delivered. Looks like they just used filler flowers. It was a Christmas arrangement but the only Christmas about it was snowflakes on the bucket. Which was supposed to be a vase but bucket.nI don't recommend using them. There is other great flower shops in Valley Al.nI used them to help the small businesses with the pandemic going on. Should of used my normal shop.

Nicest people, worst bouquet ever. I paid $126 for a bouquet of beautiful roses and birthday balloons for my boyfriend and he received ugly carnations and other cheap flowers. Looks nothing like what I ordered. I am totally embarrassed and would have never ordered it if I knew what it really was going to look like. Sorry, but I am so disappointed.

Totally disappointed in the flower arrangement that was received for a family members funeral. The website is completely misleading & the owner lies about the arrangements value. Consider ordering from another florist in the area if possible
