This flower shop is, in my opinion one of the best around!!!! The lady that I spoke with was one of the sweetest and most patient person I’ve ever seen!!!nI give her some of the craziest directions to a destination to deliver flowers to my wife!!!nMy wife was absolutely ecstatic over her flowers!!!!nThey was perfect!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I lost my mother last year. I was told by my aunt to order a “spray” for the casket. I had no idea what it was. So I called to order it. It was over $300 and it came with dead leaves and soggy petals. It was ugly and as sad as the occasion.
I moved away from Logan years ago, but I’ve always been able to count on Cottage Flower Shop to deliver flowers to my family still there. They’ve delivered flowers for birthdays, Mother’s Day, and funerals. Even when I call at the last minute, they always accommodate me and get the flowers there in time. The owner has been professional, respectful, and genuinely nice. I highly recommend this flower shop!
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was extremely disappointed in both the flowers and the service. The flowers were not what I ordered. They had made subsitutions in the not only the flowers but the colors and when I called to discuss it, the owner began to scream.. NO YOU DID NOT , NO YOU DID NOT.nnI asked her to please speak to me professionally and lets come to some resolution. She continued to insist that she was right and refused to make any adjustments for her mistake. I later found out that Cottage Flower Shop had done the flowers for my aunt's funeral and that the family was extremely disappointed in those as well.nnI order flowers often and i always call and place the order myself as I don't want to leave anything to chance. i like to get exactly what i order and pay for. I would definitely call someplace else in the future.
