I was very displeased with my order! It spent a lot of money for the arrangement and the flowers and the flowers were dead within two days of delivery (this was on Tuesday). First they were delivered with the back of arrangement that didn’t have flowers in it , and they forgot to send the balloon that I ordered. They pick the arrangement up and place a few more flowers in the back and brought It back with the balloon. I called her back on Thursday regarding the dead flowers and she said that Cut flowers don’t last that long. I told her that I have never ever had flowers die within two days of delivery especially if they were watered! She proceeded to say she’s helped me in every way she can and doesn’t think that she’s going to be able to please me. Please me!!! I just don’t want to pay this amount of money and have flowers dead within two days!! She also stated that I should never use the middleman and just called her directly and she would’ve done the arrangement without the additional middleman cost. I’m not sure exactly what that means still doesn’t solve the problem! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My father-in-law died unexpectedly last week. I called Belinda's Flowers to order a funeral spray arrangement - needed in just a couple of days. We had picked out what we wanted via a photo online. I texted the photo to them with the hopes the arrangement would turn out similar. Upon arrival at the funeral service, we were all in tears when we saw the arrangement. It was absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond what we expected. I can't give them enough kudos for working with me on this and the spectacular job they did. I highly recommend. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we’ve ordered flowers from Belinda’s for my grandmother in law in her 90’s. First time, the bouquet showed roses she received carnations. We switched to Princeton floral, couldn’t find their site as quick so specifically put on the order to Belinda’s that we wanted as close to what was shown or equal value to what we purchased. Once I find a way to post photos of what was ordered and what was received I will post them. Unbelievable, shame on you Belinda’s Floral!
